Event Staff - Waterfront Golf Events

About Splash City Golf

At Splash City Golf, we bring golf to the water. We produce unforgettable pop-up waterfront driving range experiences at stunning venues across Maryland and Virginia, using our ZERO™ Biodegradable Golf Balls and GolfShotBot™ Floating Golf Targets. Whether it's a corporate outing, wedding, or community open swing, we help guests Tee Off in Paradise™ while keeping it eco-friendly and fun. In addition to hosting events, we manufacture and sell our proprietary products to waterfront homeowners, resorts, and event venues across the country.

About the Role

We’re looking for friendly, reliable Event Staff to join our team and help execute our one-of-a-kind golf events. If you love being outdoors, working in beautiful settings, and interacting with people, this is the perfect side hustle for you. This role is a great way to get your foot in the door — high-performing event staff may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities or grow with the company as we expand.

What You’ll Do

  • Travel to and from event sites in MD & VA (transportation not provided)

  • Set up and break down event equipment (may involve lifting up to 30 lbs)

  • Hand out golf balls and clubs, explain how the event works

  • Engage with guests and help create a fun, welcoming environment

  • Keep the event space clean, safe, and organized

  • Work outdoors for the duration of the event (up to 9 hours)

Who You Are

  • Reliable, communicative, and professional

  • Comfortable lifting equipment and working near the water

  • Enjoys being outside, even in summer conditions

  • Friendly and approachable — customer service experience is a plus

  • Ideal for recent grads, hospitality workers, or anyone looking for flexible, fun part-time work
