How Corona Premier Used ZERO® Balls to Create a Splash at District Wharf
This summer, Constellation Brands partnered with us to bring the Corona Premier brand to life at District Wharf in Washington, D.C. Through a series of four waterfront activations, guests got to experience a chance to tee off in paradise in the heart of our nation’s Capital.
Turning the Transit Pier into a Tee Box
Participants stepped on the edge of the Transit Pier, grabbed a club, and launched ZERO® Biodegradable Golf Balls at a GolfShotBot™ Floating Golf Target positioned 40 yards away in the Washington Channel. The setting was unforgettable, with live music, incredible views, and the gentle splash of a perfect shot.
Every target hit meant a chance to win premium Corona Premier prizes, including:
Branded push carts
Branded golf gloves and balls
Free Corona Premier beverages (21+)
And more exclusive swag
It wasn’t just a fun challenge. It was a way to bring people together and create lasting memories around the brand.
ZERO® Balls as a Brand Experience Tool
At the core of this activation was the ZERO® Biodegradable Golf Ball. Certified biodegradable and non-toxic, and designed for use in oceans, rivers, bays, and lakes, it enabled participants to safely hit real golf shots into the water without any environmental guilt.
Just as importantly, it created a shared moment. A few swings in the sun. A group of friends cheering. The thrill of hitting a floating target on the water. These are the kinds of experiences people remember and associate with the brands that deliver them.
A Waterfront Activation That Worked
This partnership between Constellation Brands and Splash City Golf showed how ZERO® Biodegradable Golf Balls can elevate experiential marketing. With every swing, guests became part of the story. They laughed, they competed, and they left with a strong emotional connection to Corona Premier.
If you want your next campaign to feel like paradise, ZERO® Biodegradable Golf Balls are the perfect way to make it happen.
